Complete with insert, which is a little creased although complete and no tears, and obi, which has a little foxing. Back of the sleeve seems to have what looks like Tippex, or possibly white paint on it in places (see the pictures). This isn't too disturbing, but does detract from the grading. Otherwise the sleeve is in nice shape. Vinyl is in fantastic shape, barely a mark on either disc.
